Richard T. Prins

Richard Prins serves as a member of Gracie Point’s Board, which he joined in 2018. 

For more than three decades, Mr.  Prins was a partner at the global law firm of Skadden Arps where he founded and led the firm’s Investment Management Group and served on various committees including the firm’s central management committee. At Skadden Arps, he advised the firm’s global investment management clients on complex regulatory issues and capital markets transactions and led the structuring of new investment funds and securities products.  

Mr. Prins currently serves as a Director for Associated Capital Group, Inc., a diversified global financial services company, The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, and the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture. 

Mr. Prins graduated from Calvin University summa cum laude and earned a J.D. cum laude at the University of Michigan Law School.
