Faisal Kassam has been a member of Gracie Point’s Board since 2023. He has deep expertise in structured finance and private credit, with a focus on asset-backed lending, special situations, and complex investments. Mr. Kassam is currently Head of Platform Investing and Asset-Based Finance for Kuvare Strategic Investments, which is the investments division of Kuvare.  Kuvare is a technology-enabled financial services platform that provides life insurance and annuity products to consumers, reinsurance solutions to institutional markets, advisory services to insurance businesses, and asset management solutions. 

Previously, Mr. Kassam was with Waterfall Asset Management and Guggenheim Partners. 

Mr. Kassam earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
