Felicia Ivey has served as Head of Human Resources for Gracie Point since 2021. In this role, she develops and executes the firm’s people strategy, partnering with leadership to ensure that human resources initiatives support both Gracie Point’s people and business objectives.

Prior to joining Gracie Point, Ms. Ivey was Head of Human Resources for Adecco’s U.S. business, part of The Adecco Group, the world’s leading talent solutions company. Previously, she held senior leadership roles in HR at Deutsche Bank, overseeing human resources for all infrastructure business units in Jacksonville, Florida, and for the technology development center in Cary, North Carolina. Earlier in her tenure at Deutsche Bank, she was an HR Business Partner supporting Operations, Investment Banking, and Sales & Trading in New York during periods of rapid growth. Ivey also led the HR function for several business areas at MBIA.

Ms. Ivey earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Pace University and a master’s degree from New York University.
