Harish Raghavan is the Founder, Board member and Chief Executive Officer of Gracie Point Holdings. A pioneer in structured finance and product development, Mr. Raghavan founded Gracie Point in 2010 to provide innovative insurance premium financing solutions to high and ultra-high net worth investors. He leads the firm’s strategy, product development, market expansion and capital markets initiatives.  

Mr. Raghavan has more than three decades of experience in structured finance, capital markets, and specialty insurance lending across global financial institutions and entrepreneurial ventures. Before establishing Gracie Point, he served as Global Head of Structured Products and Strategic Solutions at UBS Investment Bank, where he developed innovative capital structures, including the first rated bonds backed by life insurance and contingent capital instruments. Earlier in his career, Mr. Raghavan spent more than 15 years at Merrill Lynch, ultimately serving as Global Head of New Product Development. At Merrill Lynch, he structured the first cross-border hybrid securities and trust-preferred instruments in the US capital markets.  

Mr. Raghavan earned an M.B.A. at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
