Mr. Raghavan is the Founder, CEO and Board Member of Gracie Point Holdings, LLC.

Prior to that, Mr. Raghavan served as Chairman of Concord Capital Management, LLC. Mr. Raghavan served as Global Head, Structured Products and Strategic Solutions Group for UBS’s Investment Bank, working with client coverage, trading, and product groups to create unique hybrid equity capital market products, and to implement proprietary trading strategies. He consummated several ground-breaking transactions, including the first rated bonds backed by life insurance and innovative contingent capital instruments. Prior to UBS, he served as Global Head, New Business / Product Development at Merrill Lynch & Co., where he worked for fifteen years and structured the first cross-border hybrid into the US capital markets as well as Trust Preferred Capital Securities.

Mr. Raghavan received his MBA from Wharton Business School.

Mr. Baker is the founder and Chairman and CEO of International Planning Group (IPG), an international wealth planning firm established in 1992 with over 4,000 clients in more than 70 countries.

IPG partners with more than 30 of the world’s largest financial institutions and has secured in excess of $40 billion of life insurance coverage for its clients. IPG is a global sales organization with operations in Boston, Miami, Toronto, Mexico City, Bermuda, Zurich, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Mr. Baker is an entrepreneur and philanthropist who has spent his career building innovative businesses and demonstrating his commitment to education, health care and the performing arts.

A Georgetown University graduate, Mr. Baker is a former member of the Board of Regents and a recipient of the John Carroll Award, Georgetown’s highest alumni honor. He has served as Chairman of the Leadership Council of the Center for Business and Government at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, a Trustee of Newton Country Day School of the Sacred Heart, The Rivers School, and The Wang Center for the Performing Arts. Mr. Baker also serves as a member of the International Advisory Council at Massachusetts General Hospital, is the founder of The American Foundation for The Royal Academy of Music in London and is the General Partner of Winston Productions.

Mr. Prins has been a partner at the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP for more than 30 years and founded its Investment Management practice group.

During the course of his career he has advised numerous investment management firms on major transactions, fund formations, fund developments and regulatory matters, including the initial public offerings of BlackRock and GAMCO, BlackRock’s major acquisitions and innovative fund and offering structures for BlackRock, GAMCO and others. Mr. Prins also led corporate and securities law teams that structured several successful new securities, including trust preferreds and insurance financing.

Mr. Prins serves on the boards of The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center and the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture, where he serves on the Finance and Investment committees. An avid violist and chamber musician, Mr. Prins is also involved in efforts to reduce noise pollution, particularly aircraft noise over Eastern Long Island.

Mr. Sevely is a Partner at Gracie Point and its CFO/COO.

He has over 30 years of experience in both financial management and new business initiatives and has an extensive background in capital markets, securitization, insurance, derivatives, liquidity and risk management. He has previously been CFO of both private and publicly traded companies.  Most recently he was CFO of Aspen Group, an EdTech holding company listed on Nasdaq.  Previously he was CFO of Cutwater Asset Management, a fixed income asset manager that was sold to BNY Mellon.  He also held senior positions at MBIA Inc., including Corporate Treasurer, Head of Market Risk and Head of Consumer ABS New Business.  Earlier in his career he held positions of increasing responsibility at major Wall Street firms. He served as Controller of Merrill Lynch’s Global Sales and Trading Division and also led teams responsible for derivative and structured finance product development and client marketing at Bankers Trust.

In addition to his career in finance, he is also an experienced educator, having taught graduate courses in Risk Management, Finance and Insurance at Columbia University, NYU Stern and St. John’s University, respectively. He has a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Milette is a Founder and Managing Partner of Hudson Structured Capital Management, an alternative asset manager for reinsurance and transportation linked assets based in Connecticut and Bermuda.

Mr. Millette was at Goldman Sachs from 1994 to 2015. He was elected a Partner in 2006 and held a number of positions over the course of a 21-year career at the firm. Most recently, Mr. Millette was the Global Head of Structured Finance, Co-Head of the Structured Finance Capital Committee, and President of the Goldman Sachs Mortgage Corporation. Mr. Millette was the founding team member of both the Re/Insurance group’s structured finance and principal businesses, and was a team leader or key team member for over 150 transactions in the sector. He led distribution for the first 144A catastrophe bond in 1996. Mr. Millette also led the teams that developed Goldman’s current businesses in Transport Finance, Intellectual Property Structured Finance, Private Placements and Project Finance, and spearheaded the development of the Principal Funding business in investment banking. He led the Structured Finance Capital Committee and sector teams in the rebuilding of the Goldman Sachs mortgage and consumer finance businesses following the financial crisis. He was a Member of the Bank Capital Committee, as well as the Client & Business Standards Committee for Investment Banking.

Mr. Millette began his career as an Analyst at Citibank and also previously worked as a Portfolio Manager at John Hancock Financial.

He graduated from Cornell University with a BA in History, Cum Laude, and also holds a Masters in Finance from Boston College, Carroll Graduate School of Management. Mr. Millette became a CFA in 1994.

Before founding Kuvare, Dhiren Jhaveri was a member of the executive committee of Sammons Financial Group, where he led corporate development and investment risk. Sammons Financial Group (SFG) is the holding company for Midland National Life Insurance Company and North American Company for Life and Health (NACOLAH). Previously, he worked at McKinsey & Co. and Barclays and actively involved on various committees for the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI) and is a designee of the LIMRA Life Insurance Fellows (LLIF)

Mr. Singhal is a Partner at Hudson Structured Capital management with primary responsibilities in its Re/Insurance and InsurTech funds.

Mr. Singhal has focused on structured finance strategies in insurance for 15 years.  He started his career at UBS Investment Bank in the Structured Products group where he worked to develop a number of new product solutions for a wide range of corporate and institutional clients, which included unique credit financings, asset finance, specialty finance, bank and non-bank financial institutions, and asset-backed securities.  He was integral part of the team that completed the first-ever S&P and Moddy’s rated life insurance securitization.

Mr. Singhal graduated from Duke University with a BA in Computer Science and holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Lamb is the CFO, Treasurer and Compliance Officer of International Planning Group (IPG), which he joined in 1993.

At IPG, Mr. Lamb has been responsible for its financial, accounting and administrative functions. Mr. Lamb also manages IPG’s internal risk management and is responsible for ensuring that IPG adheres to all applicable laws and regulations. As a member of IPG’s Board of Directors, Mr. Lamb participates in setting its strategic direction. Prior to joining IPG, Mr. Lamb began his career in 1981 as an Auditor for Fox & Company, an international public accounting firm, where he was responsible for performing various auditing and accounting services for manufacturing clients. After his time at Fox & Company, he was at Tofias PC, where he was responsible for accounting, audit, tax and consulting services for clients in the service industry. At Tofias PC, Jon M. Baker, Sr.’s company, The Baker Companies, was one of his primary clients.

Mr. Lamb graduated from Bentley College in 1981 with a BS in Accountancy and received an MBA from Bentley College in 1989.

Faisal leads the firm’s Asset-Backed investment efforts. Previously at Waterfall Asset Management, he led the origination and structuring of private Asset-Backed debt facilities and special situation private equity investments collateralized by a wide variety of traditional loan and esoteric asset types. Faisal began his career at Guggenheim Partners, where he originated and structured esoteric Asset-Backed securities, executed M&A transactions for specialty finance and fintech companies and invested in special situation aircraft debt and equity transactions. Faisal attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he earned a BA in Economics.

Mr. De Marco is responsible for building a US Sales Force, that along with himself, will distribute to agents, wholesalers, carriers and exclusive distribution partners a suite of existing and new innovative premium finance products and services.

Most recently Mr. De Marco was the Chief Operating Officer of Succession Capital Alliance (“SCA”) where he developed new alliances through proven consultative processes, product development and expand capital market relationships nationwide. Prior to joining SCA, Mr. De Marco co-founded Premium Funding Group, LLC (“PFG”) a boutique consulting firm with a specialization in structured finance supporting financial advisors of the affluent marketplace. For 17 years Mr. De Marco held various senior management positions at American International Group (“AIG”). Mr. De Marco was responsible for the development, maintenance and management of AIG’s industry leading life insurance premium financing business.

Dean graduated from Dowling College in NY with a BBA in Accounting and holds a Diploma in Financial Management from New York University.

Mr. Ikard is a founding Partner of Gracie Point and the President of Gracie Point International, Limited (Cayman).

Prior to joining Gracie Point, Mr. Ikard founded West Broad Capital, a specialty finance consulting company based in Greenwich, CT. He also served as a Managing Director at InsCap Management, a boutique investment bank, where he was responsible for running the fully-collateralized premium finance lending program. He also served as a due diligence analyst at Systematic Absolute Return (AG), a Zurich-based fund of hedge funds investment manager and allocator of capital to funds which focused on asset-based lending and asset-based investing strategies, ran the international business development arm of an emerging technology company, and worked for a leading market maker in equity options on the floor of the American Stock Exchange.

Mr. Ikard began his career at Chase Manhattan Bank in 1998, after earning a BA from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Edinburgh.

Mr. Varma is a Partner at Gracie Point. Mr. Varma is responsible for managing Gracie Point’s capital markets engagements.

Mr. Varma joined Gracie Point with over 20 years of experience in capital markets and investment management. Prior to joining Gracie Point, Mr. Varma was a Managing Director at Imperial Capital, responsible for building principal investment business as well as heading European investment banking in London. Before that, Mr. Varma was a Partner at Pragati Fund, an Asia focused private equity fund, and also served as its Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Varma started his career in investment banking in New York at JP Morgan and subsequently moved to Europe to head CDO originating and EM structured lending for UBS, where he was also responsible for managing the UBS EM EMEA bad bank.

Mr. Varma received his MBA from Columbia Business School.

Richard Kadlick General Counsel

Mr. Kadlick is a Partner and the General Counsel of Gracie Point.

In April of 2018, Mr. Kadlick retired as a Partner of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom where he had practiced law for the preceding 34 years. For 28 of those years, he was a Partner in the Structured Finance Department and served as the Head of that Department for thirteen of those years. As a member of Skadden’s Structured Finance practice, Mr. Kadlick worked on numerous groundbreaking transactions in the Structured Finance space, including the first master trust, the first sales of residuals, the first commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions and a synthetic, publicly offered financial product known as a MACRO.

Mr. Kadlick also has an immense amount of experience with respect to mergers and acquisitions transactions, capital markets transactions, derivatives and commercial litigation involving entities originating, investing in and servicing consumer receivables and high yield debt. Since leaving Skadden, Mr. Kadlick has also served as General Counsel of Noble Talents, the holding company of Noble Bank International and Noble Markets, a settlement bank and technology company, respectively, working with clients predominantly in the cryptocurrency markets.

Mr. Kadlick earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude from Hamilton College and his Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center.

Chris Roe is the CTO for Gracie Point. He is an accomplished technologist with 25 years of experience in leading business transformation through technology innovation in change management, post-acquisition integration, technical strategic planning, business analysis, and scrum/agile development. He works at the intersection of Digital Business and Technology; leading efforts to accelerate growth through multichannel digital innovation.

Chris previously was CTO for Peterson Management Services, Pete G. Peterson, private finance management company. Chris also lead the technology group as CTO for Guggenheim Partners company, PGM. FlexPoint Ford leveraged Chris in 2016 to re-platform and restructure their SMB Fintech platform and Chris was most recently brought into Shanghai-based Wheat Financial, to build out their global block chain infrastructure to support the loan services units in the US and China.

As our business continues to grow at a rapid pace it is essential that we have technology that will not only support our business but become a strategic advantage. Likewise, digital marketing will play an increasing role in our business and can help bring Gracie to a new level of success. Chris’ strong background in these areas made him the ideal match for Gracie.

Ms. Mullen is responsible for global operations of Gracie Point

Previously, Ms. Mullen was with Succession Capital Alliance (“SCA”) assisting in expanding the NY client base and enhancing a local sales and marketing presence. Prior to joining SCA, Ms. Mullen was Director of Operations at Premium Funding Group LLC (“PFG”) a boutique consulting firm with a specialization in structured finance supporting financial advisors of the affluent marketplace. Here she oversaw the development and implementation of the company’s operational procedures, marketing and production management, new product implementations, and human resources. Ms. Mullen started her premium finance career at A.I. Credit Corp. (“AIC”) a wholly owned subsidiary of American International Group (AIG) and was with them for over 10 years with her final position as Vice President of Business Development at AIC.

Ms. Mullen graduated from the University of Albany with a BA in Economics and earned her MBA in Corporate Financial Management from Fordham University.

Mr. Baker is President of International Planning Group (IPG) and is responsible for the management of its worldwide sales force as well as its institutional relationships.

Mr. Baker also oversees IPG’s worldwide market and product development activities. Mr. Baker has over 25 years experience building brokerage distributions operations, as well as advising high net worth individuals on life insurance based wealth planning solutions. Specializing in international markets, Mr. Baker has designed comprehensive wealth planning solutions for families and their businesses based on a wide range of tax and legal research. Frequently, these solutions are funded by a mix of highly competitive and cost-effective domestic and offshore life insurance products. Additionally, Mr. Baker assists international corporations in structuring and funding executive compensation and benefit methodologies for both their domestic and international executives.

Mr. Baker graduated from Georgetown University School of Business in 1989 with a degree in Marketing.

Felicia is a results driven, strategic Human Resources leader who translates business demands into pragmatic and effective HR solutions. She has a proven ability to transform organizations by building strong relationships and designing and implementing sustainable outcomes.

While most of Felicia’s career is in financial services, she joined us from The Adecco Group, the world’s leading talent solutions company, where she was Head of Human Resources for the Adecco US business. Previously she was with Deutsche Bank where she lead the HR function for technology and operations in Jacksonville, FL and Cary, NC. Prior to that, Felicia was based in New York and she was an HR Business Partner for Investment Banking and Sales and Trading during periods of rapid growth. At MBIA she ran the HR function for several of their business areas.

Felicia brings a wealth of experience and can help propel our HR function, and in turn the overall Company, to a much higher level. As we continue to expand, our most valuable resource will continue to be our human capital. Attracting, motivating, developing and retaining our people is critical to our success and Felicia will get us to a very good place quickly.

Nick Misra

Mr. Misra is the Director of Operations at Gracie Point, and has been with the company since its inception.

Mr. Misra oversees Gracie Point’s domestic portfolio, as well as the underwriting and originating of its loans. Prior to joining Gracie Point Mr. Misra was an analyst at Concord Capital Management, a specialty finance company, where he was responsible for the modeling and cash flow analysis of loans. He brings 10 years of insurance and premium finance experience to Gracie Point.

Mr. Misra holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

Mr. Maren is the Financial Controller at Gracie Point.

Mr. Maren has over 30 years of experience as an Accounting and Finance professional with an extensive background working in the financial services industry for both small private and large public companies.  Prior to Gracie Point, Mr. Maren provided consulting services to American Express and BNP Paribas in the areas of financial and regulatory reporting.  Prior to that he was the Controller for Morgan Stanley Private Bank, National Association where he managed financial reporting, regulatory reporting, and budgeting and forecasting processes for the Bank, which grew from $6 billion to over $60 billion in assets during his tenure.  Earlier in his career he held positions as Controller and CFO at Champion Mortgage, where he had responsibility for Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, A/P, Payroll, and Cash Management.  He began his career at Beneficial Finance Corporation where he held positions of increasing responsibility from entry level Accountant, Internal Auditor, Manager of Branch Operations, and Director of New Business Development and Acquisitions.

Mr. Maren earned his CPA designation in 1992, and holds a B.A. in Accounting and an M.B.A. in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, N.J.

Yosi Amster

Mr. Amster is Senior Vice President – Business Development of Gracie Point.

Previously Yosi was the Director of Business Development – East Coast for Succession Capital Alliance (SCA). In that role, Yosi acts as an internal liaison between the broker marketplace and the lending community to facilitate the packaging and closing of the premium finance loans along with being responsible for the renewals of those loans. As part of closing these loans, he works closely with the client’s advisors to structure the collateral for the loan and shephard any negotiations to the loan documents. In addition to that Yosi is a subject matter expert in these life insurance loans assisting SCA’s sales force in explain the technical sales and closing aspects of the premium financing loans to the insurance broker clients.

Prior to joining SCA, Yosi was Chief Operating Officer of Premiums Funding Group (PFG). At PFG, Yosi helped create and fund various specialized funding structures. Once these structures were created Yosi managed a team that was responsible for designing and funding the loan structure.

Before joining PFG, Yosi worked as an Account Manager at A.I. Credit Corp. (A.I.). At A.I., he managed the book of business for its largest premium finance customer of A.I. and helped create and manage a unique funding structure which closed over $1B of loans over a 15 month period. Prior to being an Account Manager at A.I. Yosi was the dedicated paralegal for the group where he worked closely with the general counsel to create the loan documents and legal procedures for the group.

Joseph Horner

Mr. Horner is the Vice President of Structuring and Design and responsible for designing both carrier illustrations and premium finance proposals to meet the requirements and fulfill the goals of our clients.

Mr. Horner is our resident expert on various life insurance products that will enhance the strategic planning process for all involved. Most recently, Mr. Horner was the Regional Marketing Director of Penn Mutual where he managed existing and new broker relationships, provided product expertise and case design support, and managed the business process through case placement. Prior to joining Penn Mutual, Mr. Horner was an independent consultant with MMT Associates and assisted clients with needs analysis, case design, and insurance review for Life Insurance, Annuities, NQ plans, Executive Benefits and Investment products. Mr. Horner spent his earlier career in various marketing and analyst positions with predominate organizations such as Greenberg & Rapp Financial Group, Highland Capital Brokerage, and Horizon Support Services.

 

Jackie Choi

Ms. Choi is the Senior Loan Servicing Manager of Gracie Point International, Limited.

Prior to joining Gracie Point, Ms. Choi served as a Marketing Assistant, and later, an Inforce Business Executive at R. E. Lee International Limited in Hong Kong.  She gained broad experience in the HNW insurance business, including sales, marketing, insurance application, underwriting, documentation and policy servicing, by working closely with sales consultants, relationship managers, insurance carriers and HNW clients.

Ms. Choi has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in China Business Studies from Hong Kong Baptist University.

Mr. Sidibey is the Senior Financial Accountant at Gracie Point LLC, reporting directly to the financial controller.

Mr. Sidibey joined Gracie Point with 10 years of experience in financial reporting and general accounting.  Prior to joining Gracie Point, Mr. Sidibey worked for Robert Half International as a Senior Consultant.  Before that, Mr. Sidibey worked for David Yurman LLC as a Senior Tax / General Accountant and also worked for Frontier Communication Corporations as a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant.  Mr. Sidibey started his career as an auditor for both Price Water House Coopers LLP and Marcum and Kliegman LLP.

Mr. Sidibey received his BBA from Baruch College Zicklin School of Business.

Ms. Pedrozo is the Vice President, Relationship Management of Gracie Point Financial Canada ULC. She is responsible for insurance leveraging case design and overall client and case management.

Before joining Gracie Point, Ms. Pedrozo was the National Manager of the Ultra High Net Worth Advice & Credit Solution Group at TD Wealth. She was responsible for providing highly customized leverage solutions to clients. Prior to that, she held various relationship management and credit adjudicating positions in Commercial Banking with TD Financial Group, HSBC Canada and Bank of China (Canada).

Ms. Pedrozo has an MBA from Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Sichuan University.

Andrew Green

Mr. Green is the Director of Capital Markets

Mr. Green joined the Capital Markets team of Gracie Point with a wealth of experience structuring and trading securitized products across a wide range of asset classes. He brings broad industry perspective from both the buy-side and the sell-side, with time spent in New York City as well as London. His product experience includes: exotic credit derivatives, CLOs, CDOs of ABS, non-agency RMBS, and bank loans.

Mr. Green has been in key structured products developmental roles at MUFG, UBS, Ally Financial and Imperial Capital. He received a B.A. in Philosophy from The Ohio State University, and an MBA from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Business.
