To our Clients, Vendors and Partners during COVID-19
03 Mar 2020
Gracie Point is actively monitoring developments related to COVID-19 and adjusting our response accordingly.
Our highest priorities are to protect the health and safety of our employees and ensure continued high service levels for our customers. We decided it was prudent to transition to a predominantly remote work environment as many other companies have also done. We have also restricted both domestic and international travel on a temporary basis. Rest assured, our employees have secure access to our business resources and can continue to operate effectively through email, phone, and tele and videoconferencing.
Our customers should continue to reach out to their existing Gracie Point contacts by email or phone to discuss any aspect of our service. We are confident we can work together to ensure continuity through these difficult times. For our business partners, Gracie Point is here to support and assist you in any way that we can. We value our partnership and we will work with you to maintain business as usual.
Given the recent volatility in the financial markets we also want to reassure our constituents about our capital and liquidity position. Gracie Point raised $50 million of additional capital in November 2019. Together with our other existing facilities we are confident that we have sufficient capital and liquidity to continue to operate and service customers for the foreseeable future.
The status of the virus and government and market reaction are rapidly evolving and, of course, we will continue to communicate with you as appropriate. Thank you to all our customers and constituents for the trust you have placed in us.
