Roshan Shah is Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer of Gracie Point, where he leads the firm’s technology strategy, infrastructure, and information security. He brings nearly two decades of experience building trading, risk, and analytics platforms at multi-strategy hedge funds and global investment banks, and works closely with investment and business teams to turn technology into a competitive edge.

Most recently, Mr. Shah served as Head of Technology at a leading global investment firm, overseeing the platform supporting research, trading, portfolio management, and risk — including market data systems, trading and execution infrastructure, and Generative AI initiatives that meaningfully accelerated research workflows. Earlier, he led technology at several multi-strategy hedge funds and began his career in front office and risk technology at Bank of America and Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Shah holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology. He holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) designations, issued by ISC2 and ISACA respectively, the leading global cybersecurity and information security professional bodies. He has spoken at the Financial Technology Forum and Institutional Investor forums, and is active in several peer communities for senior technology and security executives in financial services, including the CTO Club, AITEC, and HFTConnect.
