Vikas Singhal joined the Gracie Point Board in 2018. 

Mr. Singhal is a Partner at Hudson Structured Capital Management Ltd. (HSCM) and Co-Chief Investment Officer of the firm’s Insurance Strategy. He is also the Chief Investment Officer of HSCM Ventures which he helped to found in 2018.

Mr. Singhal began his career in Structured Products at UBS Investment Bank, where he developed new and innovative products and financing solutions, such as unique credit financing, asset-based financing and asset-backed securities for a wide range of corporate and institutional clients including specialty finance companies, banks and non-bank financial institutions.  

Mr. Singhal serves as a Director or observer on the Boards of a variety of innovative, technology-driven companies in the insurance and fintech sectors including Atidot, Branch, Buckle, Dayforward, Doma Tech, Earned, Inclined, Insurate, Momento, Mulberry, Parsyl, Renegade, and Chariot Re.  

Mr. Singhal graduated from Duke University with a bachelor of arts degree in computer science and earned an M.B.A. at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
